Towards the end of last year, Google launched Local Service Ads (LSA’s) in the UK. You may have seen them. The ads appear right at the top of their search results, above the regular Google Ads.
If the advertiser can provide the required licensing or insurance documentation, they will have a Google Guaranteed logo stamped on their ad. That’s going to attract people to their ad.
These ads work on a pay-per-lead basis, i.e. the advertiser only pays when someone gets in touch as a result of seeing their advert. And they can cap their spend each month of course.
Seems like a pretty good opportunity right?
You might be wondering what the catch is.
Well there isn’t one. It’s just that at the time of writing, this opportunity is only available to certain industries.
I wrote a Post entitled Why your business should be using Google’s Local Service Ads right now and have developed LSA account setup and optimisation, as well as management services should you be looking for support.
