Dear all, please find information on the tourism webinar series for Sussex. Registration now open. This is open to the tourism sector across Sussex, so please share across your area. Recorded version and takeout notes, Q&A paper will be available post sessions. We are also inviting MPs across Sussex to also join in the call. We want them to hear sector views, the challenges, those falling through the gaps and how the industry (and it’s various sub sectors) can possibly prepare for an exit strategy and if business is still viable with continued lockdown and putting social distancing/hygiene measures in place.

Tourism in the time of Coronavirus
Survive, Revive and Thrive
A series of dynamic webinars for the Sussex Tourism Sector
Produced by PLATF9RM
Session 1: Survive
Tuesday 5 May 2020 | 12:00 – 13:30
With tourism at its heart, Sussex has been hit hard by the coronavirus crisis. The aviation and tourism industries were the first to be impacted by the virus, and with a potential phased exit planned, it looks like they’ll be one of the last to restart.
Showing characteristic strength and solidarity, Experience West Sussex, Sussex Chamber of Commerce, South Downs National Park Authority and Coast to Capital Growth Hub are coming together to support the sector during this difficult time. Over three dynamic webinars, the organisations will bring together industry leaders and business experts to help the Sussex tourism industry Survive, Revive and Thrive. The contents of these webinars will flex and grow as the situation changes.
