With the Government’s recent announcement on a further lockdown in England, from 5th November until the 2nd December, we recognise the extra challenges this may place on HHBA members – not least in how best to address issues and /or concerns relating to your staff, whether connected to potential furloughing, homeworking or otherwise. For many businesses this latest chapter in COVID-19 will undoubtedly have been most unwelcome news and the nature of your employment contracts with your staff will likely frame what you can most easily do in these circumstances (or not) ……… and how you go about that.
As a ‘featured member‘ of the HHBA for November 2020, we would really like to offer something positive and supportive to fellow members in these difficult times. We’re commitment to helping local business with access to practical and pragmatic guidance, where and when they need it.
Specifically, we would be very happy to have a conversation with anyone who is concerned and would just appreciate a chat about anything to do with the latest Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme (CJRS) extension and / or any people related issues that they’ve got as a result of the new restrictions on businesses. This conversation is offered at our cost, to other HHBA members during November.
In the event that an initial conversation identifies a benefit in help with relatively straightforward letters / emails etc we are offering to assist with this at a flat £25 (inclusive of VAT). Anything more complicated we will happily discuss with you, with an option for support to be agreed separately.
We hope you will find our offer helpful and we look forward to hearing from you. Our contact details are shown below but the easiest way to ‘Get in Touch’ is via the following direct link on our website:
