We are pleased to announce that our guest speaker will be Paul Rolfe from the Chichester College Group. They are proud to support the Government Kickstart Scheme and Paul will be explaining how local businesses can get involved and support young people into work.
The college is acting as a gateway organisation to help local employers access the £2billion Kickstart Scheme – a Government initiative for 16 to 24 year olds.
The Government will fund 100% of the relevant National Minimum Wage for 25 hours a week, plus associated employer National Insurance contributions and employer minimum automatic enrolment contributions.
In addition, businesses taking on a Kickstart candidate can apply for £1,500 per job placement available for setup costs, support and training.
