20 Aug South East Route Stakeholder Listening Exercise
Network Rail South East will spend £4.3bn on their delivery plan for Control Period 6 (2019-2024) to invest in the railway and make journeys smoother and more reliable for passengers. This is part of our new Putting Passengers First programme to help us create a more customer-focused, service-driven organisation.
As a first step towards better understanding the views of our customers and stakeholders, we are conducting an extensive stakeholder listening exercise, to find out how we need to change and improve. The feedback from the survey will help shape our future work.
To support this, we would be very grateful if you could take the time to complete the online survey no later than Friday, 30 August.
We will of course be in touch again once our plans develop further.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support. If you have any questions or queries about the survey, or any other aspect of our Putting Passengers First programme, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
