Register your tenancy records

Dear fellow business owners of Haywards Heath,

I hope you are making the most of the rather peculiar summer weather we find ourselves in.

For those of you who are yet to meet me, my name is Christian Pitt and I am training to become a barrister. With the stresses of covid denying me any opportunity to learn how the law works in practice, I set up my own law firm to provide myself with the experience. As such, my work has seen me deal with a wide range of issues: from contract disputes to criminal punishment.

One particular area of law which has my heart is the land rent system. I know from experience how difficult it can be for landlords to make a profit, and for tenants to have their obscure rights upheld. And so, to overcome this obscurity, I have decided to set up an impartial register for all landlords and tenants.

At a special discount for HHBA members of £5 per year, both parties will submit their agreement, and after verifying them, I shall send this copy to the parties for their approval. This will give both parties the certainty they need to make sure that the landowner will make his rent profitable, and the tenant will have a secure roof over his head; cutting long term losses for everyone. And if the worst came to wear, I can then offer both parties a 10% discount on my arbitration services; full in the knowledge of my impartiality to find the best solution to all parties.

To set up your account, feel free to send me a message at and we shall then set up a time to discuss further how to secure your tenancies in and around Hayward Heath.

I look forward to hearing from some of you, or if you wish to discuss any other legal matter you know who to turn to.

Yours ever,

Christian Pitt | C. Pitt (Legal Services) |
