After the unusual few years that we have all had, we are delighted to share with you that our Open Gardens programme is back for 2022 and bigger than ever with over 50 gardens opening to support local hospice care!
We are launching Open Gardens season with our very own hospice gardens on Saturday 21st May 1-5pm.
Tickets are £4 each for adults and children under 16 are free.
Spot birds and butterflies on a tour of the Woodland Walk and enjoy stunning views of the South Downs with a cuppa and slice of cake provided by the Burgess Hill Women’s Institute.
Grab some bargains from the hospice retail stalls or purchase some beautiful plants donated from our volunteer gardeners and South Downs Nurseries.
Take part in the children’s woodland bingo or create some messy, handmade seed balls to grow beautiful wildflowers. You can also meet the two most mischievous members of the hospice team: the donkeys Dudley and Dylan! There is lots to see and do on this lovely family afternoon out.
To ensure the comfort and safety of our staff and visitors, numbers will be monitored, so we advise you purchase tickets in advance.
