26 Oct Networking at Haywards Heath College – 18th November
Join our networking meeting, with drinks kindly hosted by Haywards Heath College on Thursday 18th November, where there will be plenty of time to network with fellow business owners and make new contacts. HHBA look forward to welcoming members back to its events in order to build those vital relationships between local businesses.
Paul Rolfe is Group Director Commercial, Sales and Marketing at Chichester College Group. He will deliver a short presentation giving an oversight of the exciting and wide ranging developments happening at Haywards Heath College as well as across the Chichester College Group focused on supporting your business to acquire new and develop existing talent.
Hear from HHBA member Helen Tuddenham on coaching and mentoring, these are two professional development tools that will help you become a more effective leader, however there is often confusion about what they are and why they can be so powerful. This short talk will explain the difference, how each of them can assist you in your career and how to determine whether coaching or mentoring is right for you. Helen Tuddenham is a qualified executive coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation. She works predominantly with professionals who feel “stuck” in their work to help them move forward in their career goals.
This is an ideal opportunity for you to introduce yourself, your business and make new connections. Meet new members that you may not have seen before as well as see some familiar faces.
