This helps us support you in managing your people, giving you time to focus on successfully achieving your business goals.
A refresh of contracts and handbooks is how many of our new clients begin working with us. We know that it can be difficult to stay on top of the changes to employment regulations and to ensure that key documents are refreshed when necessary.
We know that occasionally new initiatives alter the status quo, or things go wrong. In these instances, we offer guidance at all levels, providing you with employee relations support for areas such as consultation, grievance, discipline or absence management – including in-person attendance at meetings, as appropriate.
A number of our clients choose regular support in the form of a retainer. This approach enables us to get to know your business really well and work alongside you for a pre agreed number of hours a month (you set the level) to support all aspects of people management and development.
