How does Sam work? “Simple can be harder than complex: You have to work hard to get your thinking clean to make it simple. But it’s worth it in the end because once you get there, you can move mountains.” ~Steve Jobs

Sam and community: She is passionate about supporting carers. In her role as a part-time carer, she tends to the needs of three adults with varying additional requirements. Additionally, she has been the sole caregiver for her son for the past 13 years, who suffers from a rare illness and undergoes blood transfusions twice a month.
Three fun facts about Sam Rehan: She has organised and delivered face-to-face corporate training in over 30 countries, including China, Russia, South Korea, and Brazil, yet she has not had the opportunity to visit Wales! During a trip to Japan, she caught the attention of airport security, who assumed she was a lost member of a school party due to her diminutive height of barely 5 feet and age well appearance, despite being born in 1971. Furthermore, she is a professional laughter yoga teacher for workplaces. This year, she received a booking to conduct a 15-minute seated laughter session during a board meeting in London, with the aim of unlocking their creativity! In the spring of this year, she gave a session of seated laughter yoga to the Consumer editor at The Sunday Times, demonstrating how laughter can strengthen relationships and health at work and beyond.
