I am an experienced development professional and coach and believe that everyone has the ambition, intention and potential to grow professionally and personally, but sometimes just needs a bit of “unsticking”
I provide services in three areas, linked to an ultimate purpose for individuals to flourish and grow in confidence at work:
- Executive coaching. I work with clients in both the public and private sector who are grappling with a range of issues at work. This could be about determining their best career path, working on issues around confidence and impact or looking to influence at a more strategic level.
- Leadership development. I have 15 years experience in designing and facilitator leadership development programmes for a wide range of organisations. My approach combines deep expertise in designing and facilitating leadership programmes with the lessons I have learned from leading my own successful, committed teams over the last twenty years.
- Learning and Development consulting. Whether its about developing a talent management strategy, undertaking an analysis of learning needs for a new change initiative or evaluating the effectiveness of your existing training I can help
