How do you feel right now in self-isolation/ social distancing?

Do you sleep well? Do you eat well? Are you enjoying things that you usually enjoy? Are you managing stress well?

If the answer is ‘NO’ this workshop can help you manage how you are feeling right now.

Feeling anxious in a situation like this is completely normal. This has made some of us turn the survival mode on already.

Switching on to survival mode consumes our energy, generate negative thoughts and shuts our immunity system down.

Facing unprecedented and immediate changes can have an impact on our mental and physical health.

Self-isolation/social distancing impacts our family dynamics and we are having to find new ways of answering our immediate problems.

It’s important to acknowledge that none of us have control over the adversity, however we can control how we respond to it.

Thriving during adversity is a challenge but it’s possible.

Let me help you face this difficult time with a series of workshops aimed at Managing Anxiety, Adapting to Changes, Balancing the Family Dynamic, Improving Resilience, Maintaining Physical and Mental Health.

The FIRST and FREE workshop will,

  1. Help you deal with anxiety ‘in the moment’ using a simple but a powerful technique called Emotional Freedom Technique. This will help you put your oxygen mask on first before helping others.
  2. Help you manage your anxiety long-term. You will be taken through a journey where you can recognize what triggers your anxiety and how to manage them as it happens as well as how to take the necessary actions to overcome your anxiety for the better.

I will be using a blend of powerful tools such as EFT (tapping) and Life Coaching to help you achieve that.
