Manage Anxiety and Build Resilience

We don’t have control of adversity but we have control of how we respond to it.

Who is this workshop for?

Are you feeling anxious?

Have you lost sleep?

Do you feel suffocated, tired or breathless?

Do you feel irritated?

Do you feel like you are living on the edge?

If the answer is ‘YES’, this two hour workshop may help you.

Being away from loved ones, confined at home, lack of freedom, uncertainty are all contributing to increased anxiety specially for those who have already been diagnosed with an existing mental health condition.

Feeling anxious in a situation like this is completely normal.

This has made some of us turn the survival mode on already.

Switching on to survival mode consumes our energy, generate negative thoughts and shuts our immunity system down.

Self-isolation/social distancing impacts our family dynamics and we are having to find new ways of answering our immediate problems.

It’s important to acknowledge that none of us have control over the adversity, however we can control how we respond to it.

Thriving during adversity is a challenge but it’s possible.

Let me help you face this difficult time with a FREE workshops aimed at Managing Anxiety and Building Resilience.

What will you learn?

1. Help you deal with anxiety ‘in the moment’ using a simple but a powerful technique called Emotional Freedom Technique. This will help you put your oxygen mask on first before helping others.

2. Help you manage your anxiety long-term. You will be taken through a journey where you can recognise what triggers your anxiety and how to manage them as it happens as well as how to take the necessary actions to overcome your anxiety for the better.

When anxiety is managed, we change our thoughts and behaviours. It changes the chemicals in our brain and body. It helps create new positive neural pathways. These pathways will get stronger with repetitions until the new behaviour is the normal. This means, feeling positive in any circumstance could be made our usual behaviour.

Clients typically feel a reduction in anxiety, experience better sleep, be more present with your children/partners, experience positive moods, manage stress well and experience a better life.

Workshop format

The workshop will take training and coaching format. I will share knowledge, on finding out what your centre is in a family environment and how to flex it to others. After that, you will be taken through a coaching journey to help you get clarity on the family aspects you want to work on. You will take actions at the end of the workshop to take home and implement. There will be very helpful tools that you can take away with either to use on your own or get rest of the family involved.

Workshop format is created with utmost respect to your confidentiality in mind. This means, you will not be required to share anything with the rest of the group or me unless of course you want to.

The workshop has a solution based and a future focused approach whilst helping you dealing with physical symptoms of negative energy around beliefs.
