Expectations of a seamless automated booking experience and m-commerce (mobile booking) compatibility are ever increasing. 70% of us now use smartphones to book our holidays and giants like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay are now firmly established in the payment space. Bleisure Trips are on the rise and are predicted to overtake business trips with over 89% of people planning to add personal vacation time to their business trips.

Finally, food tourism is on the rise with growing interest in food tours, cooking, and unique dining experiences. A Hello Fresh survey revealed that 74% of travellers choose their destination based on its food offering, and Global Food Tourism data indicates that 80% of travellers research food and drinks in a location before heading off.
