Creative Spark Light Up Crawley Down for the NHS and Keyworkers

Having taken part in the Clap for Carers campaign each Thursday evening, we wanted to do something more to show our appreciation for everything that is being done amidst the pandemic.

We approached Worth Parish Council to ask permission to install some lights free of charge to illuminate some of the trees on the Crawley Down village green in blue. The official switch on was Thursday 16th April and the lights come on evening night from 8 – 11pm to show our appreciation every day.

Our main business is providing technical services for events and weddings and with the current situation we have found ourselves with a warehouse full of equipment not being used. There is a great spirit in our village and this was such an easy way for us to put some of the kit to good use.

The councillors thought have been really supportive and helped us to pull it off in time for the Thursday 8pm applause.
