This free workshop, designed for small to medium-sized businesses, will enable you to turn your ideas into a tangible and workable action plan using an innovation canvas. 

Delivered by an expert team, the Managing Innovation workshop will help you to:

Accelerate the development of a new product or service

+ Identify and mitigate risks within current projects

+ Spot gaps in your capability to innovate

+ Test assumptions that might be hindering progress

+ Design innovations for commercial success 

+ Support innovation pitches and funding applications

+ Make better-informed decisions

No prior knowledge of innovation projects is required but participants will need a good understanding of the project objectives, how this fits within their business strategy and be aware of the resources available in their business.
