Here’s a simple way to improve your conversion rates.
In both of the scenarios above, you call them, leave messages and even send emails but despite all your attempts you are unable to get hold of them.
As a business owner myself I totally understand your frustration. In the past I have also struggled to get hold of people despite making telephone calls and sending emails. It can be really frustrating, especially when you know they are genuinely interested in your products or services.
I found a new way
After trying the normal methods without success I decided to look at other ways to engage with people. I had been using video for marketing purposes for a while and as a public speaker, coach and training professional I actually found it an easier way to communicate with my audience.
Personalised video messages
Back in 2018 I started recording personalised video messages to reach out to the prospects and former clients that I was struggling to speak with. I figured I had nothing to lose if it didn’t work since I wasn’t getting hold of them using traditional methods anyway. After recording the videos I then faced another challenge: how would get the videos to them? I decided that as I had mobile numbers I would either send them using text messag or WhatsApp. This was a huge success. The power of people receiving a personalised video message is quite extraordinary and has increased my conversion rates. I am now also using messenger as another platform to increase my conversion rates further.
My clients and contacts
I have shared this new way of engagement with some of my clients and contacts. The feedback from them has also been outstanding as they too are getting great results from using personalised video messages.
